That’s when you should call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Each of our locations hires plumbers who are invested in helping their customers find the best solutions at affordable prices.
Plumbing emergencies don’t always happen during the typical business hours. If a pipe bursts or your toilet overflows in the middle of the night, give us a call at (816) 239-2685. However, we only service plumbing emergencies during our normal business hours.
We proudly offer plumbing repair services to residents in Kansas City, Overland Park, Lee's Summit, Leawood, Prairie Village, Shawnee, Independence and the surrounding areas.
Plumbing issues are quite different for businesses than they are in homes. With pipe sizing and flow rate varying from business to business, you need a plumber who understands the nuances and how to appropriately provide services. Our team of professionals provides services for many plumbing problems, such as:
"Michael T. came and installed a gas line. He was easy to talk to and did great work. He explained everything I had questions about and was very thorough."

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was excellent! The receptionist, Rochelle, was very courteous and helpful. The technician, Preston, was outstanding!

Cory worked on our master bathroom. He was just amazing. Did not rush, double checked all the new fixtures, and took the time to walk me through the options and the process.

Before we get to work, we discuss your available options to let you decide which pricing works best for you. No hidden costs or technical jargon!
The difference, of course, lies in the tank itself. A tank heater holds a certain amount of water that is kept at a constant temperature.
When that hot water has been used, there is no reserve, and you’re out of hot water until another tank can be heated. A tankless heater brings the water to temperature only as you need it.
Because it is able to heat water on demand, you never run out. It’s also more efficient and cost-effective because you no longer need to constantly heat water even when you’re not using it.
